All prices listed on the platform are provided by the restaurants or vendors and may be subject to taxes and delivery fees. We aim to provide accurate pricing and item details, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be up to date. In case of pricing or item errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.
Once you place an order, it will be sent to the respective restaurant or vendor for acceptance. You will receive updates on the order status through the Foodyra app or website. Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be subject to a fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
Foodyra and its delivery partners will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform you and resolve any issues.
Payment can be made through available methods such as cash on delivery, mobile banking, or digital wallets. If a payment fails or is incomplete, the order may be canceled.
Foodyra is not responsible for the quality or preparation of food by the restaurants. Any complaints regarding food taste, freshness, or hygiene should be directed to the restaurant. However, we will assist you in resolving any disputes as needed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of our terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Foodyra may also update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the changes.
